Classes with Robin Gale

Robin has been involved in the fitness field for over 13 years and has worked as a Certified Trainer at Doylestown Fitness for the past year. Her style of personal training involves challenging every client in ways that are specific to their needs and goals. The most important part of Robin’s workouts is pushing people to be their absolute best while having fun.  Robin believes nutrition as well as weight lifting is vital to success. In her own words “Lift Often. Move More. Eat Well.” She believes this is the key to a healthy lifestyle.

Robin lives in Upper Bucks County with her husband, Steve and their dog, Benny. Her two adult children enjoy being active as well. Robin’s interests include a passion for long distance running, golfing and a love for the outdoors. She has completed multiple marathons and loves the challenge involved both in training for and completing the event. Robin discovered as she got older that weight lifting was key to her continued success in staying healthy.  She loves working with people and helping them achieve their personal goals.

Provides increased strength and improved flexibility. Uses a variety of support positions with a chair, designed to improve overall functional conditioning. The class has modifications for all levels of participants. Safe, fun, and effective movements with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball. Designed for people 65 years of age and older, for fit active adults as well as those who are new to exercise, unfamiliar with exercise, or just want to have fun.

Debbie Jackson is a certified instructor in Pilates, Yoga, Kick-boxing, Personal Training, Silver Sneakers, and Sports Training. Debbie has been teaching for 5 years and practicing for 25. She believes in fun, diverse, and challenging workouts for every age and level. Core strength is the key to overall health.

Debbie also trains The Central Bucks South Football Team and Girls Lacrosse teams in Pilates. Debbie has been married for 18 years and has 2 Teenage sons.

Pilates

60 min - Powerful core strength training using slower, controlled exercises and breathing. Fun full-body workout using the stability ball, resistance bands, and medicine balls.

Power Pilates

60 min - A faster pace, intense core workout.  Incorporates weights and the stability ball for a complete body workout!

Fast-Abs

30 min- A diverse combination of exercises focusing on the core. Stability balls, weighted ab balls, and just plain old traditional ab exercises on the mat are sure to burn and strengthen your whole abdominal area.

20/20/20

60 min - A routine consisting of 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes of weights, and 20 minutes of abs that is sure to get your heart rate up!


Classes with June M. Hunt

June, who received a BS in Economics & and MBA in Marketing, was completely immersed in a career of management, leadership, and teaching. She started practicing and studying Yoga over 12 years ago as a way of managing the demands of a career focused life.

After the birth of her second son, she became a stay at home mom. Yoga was the great equalizer in balancing the demands of motherhood and serenity. Having experienced the benefits of yoga in her daily life, June decided to share this experience with others.

She received her certification through HITA, the Himalayan Institute Teacher Association where she is an active member. She has also been studying Yoga as therapy for healing and preventing injuries.

Spinning

60 min - This awesome aerobic workout uses stationary bikes that will make your heart pump and tone your legs!

Stictly Strength 

60 min - A multi-level class sure to build muscular strength and endurance. We will use a variety of equipment to fatigue each major muscle group.

Kickbox Conditioning

60 min -  High energy, high impact blend of kicks and punches utilizing punching bags, focus mitts, and cardio conditioning exercises. A perfect combination of martial arts, boxing, and maximum calorie burn!

Punch/Kick/Burn

60 min - This class includes martial art style kicks, boxing punches, and serious core training. Learn the moves, practice the drills, and get the punch/kick combinations. This is a complete all level workout!
