There is no initiation or monthly fees for SilverSneakers membership. Your Healthcare provider offers this service to you at no additional cost. However, if you request any services that are not included in a basic membership there may be an additional charge. For example, tanning and personal training are additional costs and available only if you want to pay the additional fee.

The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Members receive a basic membership at a participating location at no costs. The program includes use of basic amenities and access to our signature SilverSneakers class, which will be offered indoors at the Doylestown Fitness Center.
